
Colby Burris
Colby is a product of Bradley County Schools and spent 17 years teaching instrumental music at Walker Valley High School before becoming a tech coach in January of 2019. He is a Google Certified Educator Level 2 and an Apple Teacher. Colby specializes in audio, video, and graphic media creation and integration.

Pam Coleman
Pam began teaching as a second career in 2006 at Black Fox Elementary, teaching kindergarten and fifth grades. In 2016, she moved to the Instructional Technology Coach position. She is an Apple Learning Coach, Common Sense Educator, and Education Family Committee Member with the Bradley Cleveland Education Foundation. Pam has excellent communication skills and seeks to promote Bradley County School students and teachers. She delights in sharing how technology can improve student learning and engagement.

Shelly Earls
Shelly began her teaching career in 1994 in Bradley County Schools. Prior to becoming an Instructional Technology Coach in 2007, Shelly taught third grade at Michigan Avenue, fourth grade at Trewhitt Elementary, and fourth grade at Waterville Community Elementary. Shelly is a Book Creator Certified Author, Common Sense Educator, Kahoot! Certified, and a Clever trainer. With life-long learning as a passion, Shelly enjoys assisting teachers and students with incorporating technology to enhance learning and student engagement.

Donna Mitchell
Donna initially taught Senior English, Mass Media and Video Production before earning her masters in Educational Technology. Moving to TN in 2009 she took a position with DoDEA as an Instructional Technologist. In 2015 she moved to Bradley County working as a Career Counselor for Pathways to Prosperity. In 2017 she began her current position as an Instructional Technology Coach. Donna has a passion for sharing technology with students, staff and parents. She is a Common Sense Media Ambassador and Dell Student Tech Crew Facilitator.

Josh Morris
Josh attended Bradley County Schools and is happy to be back as an educator in the BCS District. Josh has spent the last 12 years teaching Special Education at Ocoee Middle and joined the Instructional Technology Team in 2022. He enjoys supporting teachers and students in the classroom while integrating technology in areas of academics. Josh is a level 1 Google Certified Educator and an Apple Learning Coach.

Teresa Scoggins
Also a product of Bradley County Schools, Teresa began her teaching career in 1992 in Athens City Schools where she taught fourth, fifth, and sixth grade. Prior to becoming a tech coach in in 2007, Teresa taught kindergarten, second, and third grade at Oak Grove Elementary in Bradley County. Teresa is a Google Certified Educator Level 1 & 2, Common Sense Educator, Clever Trainer, and Wakelet Community Member. Teresa has a passion for STE(A)M, Artificial Intelligence and assisting educators with integrating interactive technology into their lessons.
