SnapStream Now Available to BCS Educators

BCS Technology is extremely excited to announce a new service for Bradley County Schools: Snapstream! Snapstream is a web-based television service that will allow any teacher to view select cable TV networks through your Internet browser. Snapstream offers a guide channel similar to all other major TV providers. All Channels are currently being recorded and added to the library. There is an extensive search function which makes it easier to find programs featuring specific content. You will also have the ability to download videos and make clips right from the browser. The current channel lineup includes: WRCB, WTCI, The Discovery Channel, A & E, CNN, Fox News, The Weather Channel, The Learning Channel, Animal Planet, The History Channel, National Geographic, ESPN, BCS District Announcements, and coming later this week, BCHS and WVHS will launch their own channels.

To log in, visit http://snapstream.bradleyschools.org/Login, and use your computer login (not your BCS Google information). We have several Snapstream Guides in the Technology folder in BCS Shared Folder – including SnapStream TV Search Cheat SheetSnapStream Keyboard Shortcut Cheat Sheet, and SnapStream Web Player Cheat Sheet. If you are interested in learning more about SnapStream, please complete a Tech Coach Help ticket. Look for additional SnapStream training resources to appear on the BCS Technology website in the near future.

NOTE: Snapstream will only work inside the BCS Network.
